AIDS 2014 in Melbourne : the CNS has presented its works on the PNLS and migrants’ access to healthcare

The French National AIDS Council has presented three posters during the AIDS 2014 international conference, that took place in Melbourne from the 20th to the 25th of July 2014. They were presented on Thursday 24th of July, from 12:30 AM to 2:30 PM:

 THPE312 : “2010-2014 HIV/AIDS and STI French strategic plan : Advantages and limits of a national framework“

 THPE313 : “French policy on access to care for illegal immigrants living with HIV : Advantages, limits and improvement levers“

 THPE422 : “Cost-effectiveness analysis of early access to medical and social care for migrants living with HIV in France“

These posters present new data and recommandations from two previously released CNS opinions (in French):

• Avis suivi de recommandations sur le bilan à mi-parcours du plan national de lutte contre le VIH/sida et les IST 2010-2014
• Avis sur la protection sociale des étrangers vivant avec le VIH en France et l’intérêt de son évolution vers le droit commun

Michel Celse, expert advisor for the CNS, also co-chaired an oral poster presentation session on Wednesday 23th of July, from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM :
